I bring to the table over 15 years of accounting experience (mostly in the Construction Industry). I have handled Receivables, Collections, Payables, Cost Analysis, Auditing and General Ledger. My passion for Real Estate began in 2002. I have consistently studied, on a daily basis, the trends of Real Estate. The time has been extremely joyous for me and the research has been like leisure time. I learned new ways of seeing things with an Investor's eye. Real Estate is truly my passion.

I am a Member of the National, State and Regional Association of Realtors. I am also a GRI. A Graduate Realtor Institute designation is the real estate industry hallmark. Only Realtors who successfully complete more than 90 hours of comprehensive training can be called a GRI.

Personal

I have lived in the Central Florida area since 1994. I was born in a Navy Hospital in Virginia and my youth was blessed with a Ret. Lt. Cdr father and centered around church and family. I'm the youngest of 5 daughters. I'm proud to say my parents recently celebrated 60 years of marriage. I have a son out of college and my husband is a Ret. Navy Chief. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with my Family, Sunning and Traveling.

On this website, you may find a few accolades. The things through time I've been advised are important when choosing a Realtor. I received my license in 2006 and write introduction over ten years later. A very long journey.

I write to let you know that I don't want to sell you a house. Do you have any idea what it's like for someone like me to "sell" you a house? It can be a really awful experience if the customer isn't first. Can you imagine a Realtor saying this?

If my gain is the only reason for the transaction, it can't work for me. I don't want to sell you a house. There are a lot of people who will though.

I don't want to sell you a house. I have discovered, my passion is not being a "titled" Realtor. The plaques on my wall don't make me smile the way they use to. My passion and drive are not discovered in my statistics anymore. I've slowly discovered what it is about this "house thing" that is really making me happy.
